So from experience you should be holding the snake while feeding it and you shouldn't directly touch the mouse with your hands get tongs and move the mouse a little bit in front of the snake. Try that and maybe it will work. Or that snake doesn't like frozen thawed mice my snake likes live mice.

Pretty funny video! 👍🏼 but the owners of that ferret should have him taken to a shelter if they can't keep him contained. They're really lucky you're there and nice enough (as well as YOUR animals being so well-behaved!) to make sure he's okay. When ferrets run away or escape from home 90% die; from exposure, eating things they shouldn't, or being killed by something/someone. Maybe you should just keep him next time! 😉

Try just leaving the snake in the cage when trying to feed, if it doesn't take off tongs, leave the pinkie in the cage for a few hours. If it doesn't eat even after that, try putting the snake in a dark container and leaving a fresh pinkie. If ALL else fails try live feeding.

Lil tip with ya snake. Start only feeding it in a bucket, that way it trains the snake to only strike in the bucket and it also trains it to know that it’s feeding time when it goes in the bucket. Also helps it not strike when you put your hand in its enclosure 😂 Snakes make amazing pets and I wish I never had to get rid of mine!

when you have a ball python dont feed in your hands because they dont always eat it so, feed it in its cage. Also the mouse is to small so, you should get it a medium mouse.
